The Workload Report area serves to provide a detailed and organized view of the work performed during a specific period. With it, you can monitor and analyze workload effectively.
Why does it need to be done?
It is important for you to monitor and evaluate the performance of activities, check the efficiency of services and identify areas that require improvement. This helps ensure that resources are being used efficiently and productivity goals are being achieved.
When should it be done?
The creation and analysis of workload reports should be carried out whenever you need to evaluate the performance of activities or verify compliance with established goals. It is recommended that this be done periodically or as needed for evaluation.
Who should do it?
This task must be performed by users with the option active in the plan and which has been enabled by the responsible tenant. Only these users will have access to the Workload Report functionality.
How much does it cost?
The Workload Report functionality is available from the premium plan onwards.
Where should it be done?
You can access and use the Workload Reporting functionality through
- Link: https://app.taskier.io/panel-agent/reports/workloads
- Access the menu → Report.
- Select the “Workload Report” submenu.
How should it be done?

Creation date | You can select a maximum period of 03 months. |
Organization | Only the Organizations that the user belongs to will be listed |
Service Groups | Only the Service Groups that the user belongs to will be listed |
Responsible | Only the agents of the Service Group that the user belongs to will be listed |
Work Type | Only the work types that are related to the Service Groups that the user belongs to will be listed |
